Diana assists our firm’s attorneys with litigation by filing court documents and complaints, drafting and serving correspondences, calendaring court appearances, and scheduling
depositions. Additionally, she maintains constant communication with clients throughout the discovery process. Likewise, her bilingual language skills provide our attorneys with additional assistance in communicating effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients. Diana also works with expert witnesses, organizes files for trial, and provides any additional legal support our attorneys may deem necessary.
