Arshia Mardasi

Arshia has practiced as a civil litigator in Orange County since 2003, serving clients throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. She has successfully tried and negotiated settlements in multiple personal injury cases, elder abuse, and premise and products liability law cases. Her experience includes all aspects of case management from inception to trial, with a particular emphasis on mediation, trial preparation, settlements, depositions and appeals.

Arshia has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, but is passionate about achieving justice for those who have been harmed by another’s negligence. She places strong emphasis on actively listening to clients and giving them an understanding of the legal process and is dedicated to achieving the very best outcomes for our clients.

Arshia attended the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and then attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, CA where she received her Juris Doctorate.

Arshia enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, practicing yoga, cooking and entertaining friends and family. She loves spending time with her four kids and has two daughters who attend UCLA
